Ingredients

Serves : 14
  • 11/2 cup maida


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1 tbsp milk


  • 3/4 cup sugar


  • 1 tsp sprig vanilla essence


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 2 drop pink colour


  • 250 gm whipped cream


  • 1 tbsp sprinkles


  • 2 tbsp sugar


  • 4 tbsp water

Directions

  • Preheat oven for 7 minutes
  • Sieve dry ingredients
  • Mix curd and sugar till creamy
  • Add vanilla essence
  • Add dry ingredients in batches and mix it in cut and fold method
  • Add milk and mix it
  • Tranfer in greased mould and bake for 25-30 minutes
  • Cool on wire rack
  • In one fourth portion of whipped cream add pink colour and fill in piping bag for making pattern
  • Cut cake in two portion
  • Apply sugar syrup on top of one portion and apply whipped cream and flatten it with palatte knife
  • Keep second portion of cake on it and apply syrup on it to make it wet
  • Spread whipped cream over it evenly
  • Make patterns with pink colour whipped cream piping bag
  • Spread sprinkles on top of it
